Due to the customised nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer change of mind exchanges or returns. 

If your item arrives damaged, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange within the first 2 weeks of your item arriving at your shipping location. Please reach out to us at hello@refinedliving.com.au with an image of your faulty product to start this process. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 7 business days of it being issued, first check your bank account again.
