  • Labels must be used within 2 weeks of receiving.
  • Each bamboo lid is unique as it is a natural material - these variations are not a product defect. 
  • If you have purchased labels, be sure to read your included instructions carefully. 
  • We do not offer refunds for misspelt labels, if you have spelt something incorrectly, please contact us immediately and we will try and correct it before it goes to print. 
  • Due to hygiene and the custom nature of the product, we do not offer change of mind refunds/exchanges. 
  • Each label will change in size depending on the font and word typed.

If you want a different colour or font for some of your labels, please indicate this in the special notes section on the cart page

Due to the cost of international freight, and the size and fragility of our products, we do not ship any of our products (Except our labels) Internationally.

Our labels are made of high quality vinyl adhesive. These vinyl labels will stick to almost any clean surface. Make sure the area where you are applying it is free from dust, fingerprints or other particles before application

Don’t wait too long to apply the labels after receiving them as the adhesive weakens over time if not applied. 

Make sure you have clean and dry hands before you start!

Keep your labels dry for 24 hours after you apply them.

After the labels have been applied for over 24 hours we recommend only hand washing the containers. Do not put them in the dishwasher
